Hej, välkomna!

These breaks were the highligth of our daily student life in Sweden. Especially the wide range of  "kakor" (small biscuits, pastries and cakes) is one of the things  we  former exchange students  miss. The highlight was a trip in February 1999 to the samih market of Jokkmokk. It was freezing cold (about - 25 ° C). We were a group of 54 exchange students and had a lot of fun. 

Idea for an Sweden Revival

We start to think about an anniversary of Umea 1998-99. The idea is to do again the LAPPAND FESTIVAL IN Jokkmokk  in Feburary, so be aware and put it in your calendar!  The market will take place in February.
